Hi James, we’re thrilled to have you come and join Neyber as Head of Client Relations. Can you tell us a bit about your background?
Hi, great to be here. I’ve been in the employee benefits sector for over 15 years, running a team of 40 at Sodexo, previously working in various senior positions at P&MM.
And how will you be bringing your expertise to your role at Neyber?
I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to Neyber, to strengthen and lead the Client Relationship Team. It’s an exciting opportunity to manage some of the largest and most sophisticated employers in the country, including; Royal Mail, Co-op, Asda, Anglian Water, Harrods, UK Power Networks and London City Airport.
I’m here to ensure that Neyber’s products and services are fully embedded, supporting each organisation’s workforce.
What brought you to Neyber?
Mental health issues and financial stress are deeply disturbing for employees, with a large knock-on effect for their employers. Organisations are facing a real battle to support ever-changing workforce needs.
I’ve been watching Neyber since its’ beginning and have seen the positive impact it’s having on employers and their people. Having started my career supporting individuals make the biggest investment they’ll have to make, buying a house, joining Neyber is like coming full circle. Now, helping people to better manage their financial lives. It felt like the obvious next step for me.
